Platform Agency was approached to develop the logo for the 2014 Iwi Chairs Forum 2015 based in Tauranga. We integrated elements from the Battle of Gate Pa flag into the logo design to reinforce the ties to Tauranga Moana alongside a motif of Mauao and Kowhaiwhai patterns which give the logo an indigenous foundation.
